Because every item is printed especially for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Please review the size chart before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- damaged
- misprinted
- defective
- or you received the wrong item
Contact us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page.
Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the issue
- a brief description
We'll replace it at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- your order cannot be replaced
- the item is confirmed defective
- or another issue qualifies under our replacement policy
